• Your vision

• We will arrive on time, and go over with you, in detail, your possibilities 

• We will provide you with information about our company, references upon request, and a copy of our insurance

• We will prepare a detailed estimate and get it to you as soon as possible (usually within a couple of days)

• Once you accept the proposal, we will schedule a begin date

• Prior to the begin date, we will confirm the work to be done with you; schedule electricians, plumbers, etc.; acquire all the necessary permits; and gather the materials

• We will collect a deposit for the work: typically, on smaller jobs about half the job estimate with the balance due upon completion; on larger jobs or jobs lasting longer that a couple of weeks, we may set up a draw schedule determined by the completion of certain phases 

• Work begins

• Organization is a key element in quality craftmanship... We strive to keep to a tidy and orderly work site - we do understand that this is your home

• Inspections will be scheduled, as necessary, at different phases of construction

• We will keep you informed about progress, obstacles, and inspections

• We welcome your questions, comments, and feedback

• As completion of the work nears, we will discuss with you any information you may need to fully enjoy your latest project, perform a walk through to verify every aspect meets with your expectations, and finalize the balance due

• Work is completed, final payment is made, and your many happy referrals are appreciated
